On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSCCA) took a first step in its process of recruiting clerks. The candidates took part in the evaluations organised at the Saint Joseph School of the Brothers of Christian Instruction in Petion-Ville, as part of a procedure presented as rigorous, transparent and based on merit.
Tests included writing, administrative procedure, judicial organization, ethics and legal culture. The results of this first phase will allow the selection of candidates to participate in the oral tests. Those who will succeed in this final stage will be able to join the new body of Court clerks.
Through this recruitment, the highest administrative court in the country wants to strengthen its registry and improve the functioning of its services. The Court also stated that it wanted to give priority to competence, equal access to the public service and respect for the rules governing recruitment in the administration. The stated aim is to have professionals able to contribute effectively to its mission and to the service of the general interest.
