Port-au-Prince, July 31, 2025.- After 23 years in the National Office of Old Age Insurance (ONA), Mr. Romulère Louis was officially installed as the new head of the Institute's annex to the National Society of Industrial Parks (SONAPI). The ceremony took place in the presence of several senior officials of the ONA, marking a major turning point for this strategic branch of the organization.
The installation ceremony was held on Wednesday at SONAPI in the presence of the Director of Communication and Public Relations, Harry J. Juste, Hermione Saint-Hilaire, OR-ONA Director, Dominique B.C.F. Sanon, Director of Human Resources, and Jean Michel Louis, Administrative Director.
Dans son intervention, M. Jean Michel Louis a salué l’engagement et l’expérience du nouveau responsable. « M. Romulère Louis peut compter sur notre franche collaboration. Je n’ai aucun doute qu’il saura relever les grands défis qui l’attendent à ce poste « , a-t-il déclaré avec conviction.
A long-time employee at ONA, Mr. Louis served successively in the payroll, administration and financial control unit. This rich institutional experience is, according to his peers, a major asset in effectively leading the SONAPI annex, one of the nerve poles of the ONA.
Dans son discours de circonstance, le nouveau responsable a exprimé sa volonté de fédérer le personnel autour d’une même vision : « J’espère pouvoir compter sur la collaboration de tous. J’invite mes collègues à resserrer les rangs afin de faire de l’annexe de la SONAPI une branche forte, exemplaire et conforme aux normes et disciplines de l’institution « , a-t-il affirmé.
This new appointment is part of a desire to revitalize the ONA, through better management of its decentralized structures.
