The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training organized, from 24 to 26 March 2026 in Pétion-Ville, a technical workshop to finalize and validate the School Assessment Grid, led by the Directorate for Private Education and Partnership (DAEPP). This initiative is part of efforts to reform the Haitian education system to improve the quality of learning and strengthen school governance.
Considered as a key regulatory tool, the grid is based on four axes: infrastructure, pedagogy, school administration and community management, in order to ensure a more equitable, efficient and adapted education according to a MENFP note.
Through this note published this Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the MENFP confirms that this initiative reflects the institution's desire to ensure that every child in Haiti has access to quality education in an inclusive and learning-friendly environment.
