Cap-Haitien, November 24, 2025.- The Directorate of Civil Pension (DPC), attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), organized this Monday, November 24 a day of information on the retirement of public officials, bringing together officials from the five departments of the Great North. The purpose of the event was to present the Public Officer Retirement Plan (PARP) and to address the main concerns of participants.
Les experts et techniciens de la DPC ont détaillé les notions essentielles : âge de départ, années de cotisation, droits et devoirs, ainsi que les documents à fournir. Placée sous le thème « Comprendre la retraite : sens, préparation et défis « , la rencontre a mis l’accent sur l’accompagnement individuel assuré par un Agent Liquidateur, conformément au slogan de l’institution : « Informer, Accompagner et Conseiller « .
At the end of the day, the CPD reaffirmed its commitment to bring the administration closer to public officials and to create a culture of preparation for retirement. Participants felt that this initiative should be replicated in other regions to ensure the right to information for all public servants.
