Tabarre, June 27, 2025.- The National Police of Haiti (PNH), through its Coordination of Press and Public Relations (CPRP), announced that about ten police officers and administrative staff have been trained on the methodology of drafting guidelines. The initiative aims to strengthen their expertise in the production of normative texts within the Police Institution.

The session was held on 25 and 26 June 2025 at the DGPNH conference room in Clercine, Tabarre commune, under the direction of Frantz Poteau, Substitute of the Government Commissioner near the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince.

The participants, from the Directorate of Legal Regulation (DRJ) of the PNH, were trained on several essential aspects: types and contents of the guidelines, analysis of texts, etc.

The DRJ, recalls the CPRP/PNH, is the entity responsible for ensuring the legal conformity of the acts carried out by law enforcement officers and administrative staff of the National Police of Haiti.
