The number of offices has increased from 16 to 21 nationwide, with the opening of new agencies in Aquin, Jacmel, Les Coteaux, Marigot, Anse-à-Pitre and Delmas (Delmas 33). « The relocation of the Petit-Goâve agency is part of this dynamic of improving reception conditions and operational efficiency, offering users better equipped and more functional spaces « , he said.

At the institutional level, the Director-General indicated that « the Directorate-General has initiated a gradual administrative modernization « .
