The deployment of the Integrated System of Public Finance Management (SIGFIP) takes place through the beginning of the training session of trainers, this Tuesday 21 July 2026 in Port-au-Prince, as part of the Project of Strengthening of Public Finance Management (PREGEFIP).
The purpose of this 4-day training is to enable actors in the public expenditure chain to control the operation of SIFIP and to apply correctly the procedures for the execution of expenditure (commitment, liquidation, scheduling, payment) in accordance with the controls integrated into the system.
At the end of the programme, the administrations concerned should have a core of operational trainers and functional reference staff, thus laying the foundations for a secure and harmonised start-up of SIFIP.
